Extra special thanks to the fabulous Catherynne Valente, Feiwel & Friends Books, and Trader Joe’s Encino for making our tea party possible!
Author Catherynne Valente and actor Frank Romeo did a fabulous reading from Valente’s Andre Norton Award-winning book, The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making.
Participants were also given fairy kisses (glitter tattoos) and could make their own fairy wands!
