Mix & Mash @ Your Library!

• Thu., March 10 – ROBOTICS ACADEMY!*
  4– 5 p.m.
  Fun with robots, featuring CHAMPS Charter High School’s national competition-winning Robotics Academy!  
• Sat., March  12 – CHIPTHRASH CONCERT!
  2 -5 p.m.
  Join Kool Skull & friends for a chipthrash concert, using Nintendo Gameboys as musical instruments!
• Tue., March 15 – MAGIC WORKSHOP W/ TONY DANIELS!*
  4 – 5 p.m.
  Spaces are limited for this rare magic workshop.  Call or stop by to sign up!
• Thu., March 17 – TEEN COUNCIL MEETING!*
  4 – 5 p.m.
  Help plan teen events for the library and choose CDs, DVDs, and books to add to the library’s Teen Area! Co-sponsored by the Friends of the Encino-Tarzana Library
• Tue., March 22 – Student Smart: GETTING INTO THE COLLEGE OF YOUR CHOICE!*
  6 – 7 p.m.
  Learn tips on getting into the college of your choice! Spaces are limited; call or stop by to sign-up!
• Sat., March 26 – Student Smart: ACT PRACTICE EXAM!*
  10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  Be prepared for the ACT. The Princeton Review administers the full-length exam for FREE. Spaces are limited; call or stop by to sign-up!
• Thu., March 31 – TEEN VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION!*
  4 – 5 p.m.
  Learn how to earn community service hours at the library! Must be 13 years old and up to attend.

*Teen library volunteers will receive an extra hour (or more!) of community service for each teen program they attend.
